Since I got my blisters I’ve not been barefoot running – want to make sure I’m fully healed before going back out – maybe tomorrow? Did manage my 10k Sandstone Trail run today. Hopefully back to the Spartans on Tuesday for the Bridge Buddy runs. April 12, 2012. Run tomorrow will be shod to protect my blisters. Now looking for a 5k run later in the year which I could aim to run barefooted. Any suggestions in the Northwest?

Photo by daniel canogar. Cycling is weird. My legs are working pretty hard, but my lungs are just cruising along, no problem. I consulted with someone more experienced in such things and he advised more cycling. And, doing intervals to make it more aerobic. This makes a lot of sense, since my legs are not up for long hard rides yet. With a little luck I’ll be up and running in 4-6 weeks. This entry was posted in injuries. June 24, 2015.
