Sisters. Food. Life. Delicious Halal Recipes. 1/2 tbs chopped fresh coriander. 1 piece of sandwich bread. 1/2 tsp red chili. 1/2 tsp cumin powder (zeera). 1/2 tsp garam masala. In a blender put beef, onion, green chili, coriander, bread and egg; blend well. Transfer mixture to a large bowl and add remaining spices (red chili, cumin power, garam masala). Use your hands or a wooden paddle to mix the ingredients thoroughly till they are well blended. Soak bamboo skewers in water to prep for the kebabs.
