Thursday, July 30, 2015. It's been awhile since Mom's been on the blog.lots has happened since my last post after Christmas. It is now July and we got a dog, Stacey. It took us a couple weeks to pick out a name. Jake and Sophie love her. We had lots of fun activities at school and tried ice skating for the first time, just to name a few. 9/18/15, 4:04 PM. Thursday, January 1, 2015. On the Polar Express. Polar Express and Pajama day at school.then 2 weeks off for Christmas Break. Seems like yesterday we were putting Jake's polar express train together when he was in Kindergarten. Now, he's a big 2nd grader. He said he didn't want to wear jammie's because that was for babies.Good thing he did, because the entire school was in pajamas, even the 8th graders! Jake got photo bombed! The Polar Express parade. Sunday, May 4, 2014. Jake's 2nd Apex Fun Run! On your mark, get set. Sophie always there for her "big bro". Coming around the turn. Dad got involved too, at the water station. We love Mrs. Bach, Jakes Kindergarten teacher. Stopped at the Spaghetti Factory for lunch, had lunch in the trolley. Sleepover with their favorite cousin, Maya. Bob's getting good on pancake design. Sophie gave Bob a makeover, thanks for playing Grandpa.Lookin' good! Went to visit GG. Bike ride at the beach. My handsome Beach bum.

Friday, December 19, 2014. Jake's thing is definitely Soccer. Sophie tried soccer, she didn't like the shin guards, they were too itchy. She tried gymnastics, it was ok. So, we decided to try Karate. And, she took to it pretty quick. It's cute to watch her. But we really like the life lessons they teach, the discipline, focus, etc. We got our tree. Sophie was my little decorator. We made our gingerbread house. We spent time together. And, we went to this cool movie theatre that had recliners! Jake stayed...
