Putting the Study in Studying Abroad. Saturday, May 15, 2010. Americana Anticipation Volume II. Things I missed about America. People being more friendly. My family and friends (obvious). People making room for you on the streets and not cutting. My house with clean floors. More recently on our trip in northern Europe, the warm weather! People being on time or close to it. Being able to read everything! Having a constant Internet connection. I fall a lot. Not being yelled at in public by strange men.

Saturday morning I woke up very confused as to where I was before the animal like aroma reminded me that I was in Africa! In all honesty though, we did learn that King Mohammed had been to this area only the day before so this might have played a role in how many we saw, but I tend to think they just always have Moroccan pride. More importantly, I couldn’t believe we had just missed the king! Bathroom break at a beautiful view.

London was incredible but I cannot believe that we have already returned and are turning around to fly somewhere else. LIfe is amazing and we are very very lucky girls.
