I am a Sponge.com News Blog. Tuesday, November 29, 2011. A Personal Testimony from Nebraska. This November marked five years of taking Vemma products. I have always been a healthy person. Being overweight has never been a problem. Getting the occasional cold and maybe the flu once a year was normal for me and everyone else, right? Taking vitamins was never really a part of my life. My diet was not terrible but certainly is not what you are "suppose" to be eating every day! Individual results will vary.

I am a Sponge.com News Blog. Saturday, July 14, 2012. This is a simple overview of the plan. Every day you eat five meals and drink two Bod-e drinks. Bod-e. Is NOT a meal replacement. It has all the vitamins (12) and minerals (65) you need plus loads of protein. Keep your body burning fat not muscle. The third day is "High Carb". This means you add a serving of carbs to each meal. Repeat: next two days are low carb follwed by a high carb day. Lastly, the seventh day is a "Guilt Free Day". Oh yeah!

He says "Being an endurance athlete, I’ve tried numerous recovery and vitamin supplements, and what I call “Go Fast Products.” However, none of which I can say made a noticeable difference in my performance.
