Saturday, August 20, 2011. Wedding gift I made for Peter and Grace. It says "Two Hearts Joined Together As One For All Time". Wednesday, August 17, 2011. Another cool thing was a jungle with a lot of life-size animals. Over-all we had a great trip to Chicago. It was nice to be there during the summer without any snow. Tuesday, August 16, 2011. Bella watching a movie on the plane ride there. Waiting to be seated at All Aboard Diner. I love Bella's face here. Getting our food from the train. Watching the train go by. Helping my parents wash the deck. He was a good helper. Proof that she still holds her legs in the air when she is tired. See how there are 5 babies in the picture? I only packed 2; she snuck in the other 3! Rob loves his Grandma Clements. Bella before/during our play date. Rob didn't like the fireworks.

Wednesday, August 17, 2011. Jello flag cake I made for the 4th of July. It was cool to see this monkey hang by it's tail and reach in the water. Playing with cousins at park. Playing baseball with cousins. Playing golf with Papa Clements. My broken toe (taking this picture really hurt). Her face is actually like this.that is not dry blood.we cleaned it off. She looks like a clown. Like the huge bruise on her forehead? Poor girl and poor mama! I really hope this job works out for you! Job hunting sucks :(.

I finally went to visit Amy Joy Donuts, and discovered a wonderful custard donut, absolutely covered with powdered sugar. It had such as silky texture and wasn't too sweet in spite of the powdered sugar. So lovely! Love and Lust in The Pearl Fishers. Listening to Caitlin Lynch sing the part of Leila was a joy.

My Van, Substituting, FHE and a Project. We just got our van back! It ended up being the starter motor. Our friend and neighbor who is a mechanic came home from work tonight and fixed it. Yeah! SoI'm back in business and can go where I need to. It's amazing the plans I made in my head to go here or there and then had to remind myself that my car was broke. The things we take for granted. Small and Simple Things. Today has been productive. I'm so excited to report that I have finally completed all my laundry and put it away! I feel like celebrating! I came so close last week but it didn't take long to get away from me again. I wish it would stay this way but I know, all too well, that there will be more where that came from - - UGH! It would be nice to get our taxes done before October this year - I won't hold my breath! 1 I am a substitute teacher at the Elementary school my kids attend.
