The Shepherd Family: May 2006
http://shepherdfamily.blogspot.com/2006_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 13, 2006. Noah and Tatum are saying their first words (mama, dadda, baba, yaya, etc.). They are sitting up and sometimes they sleep through the night. Ian is a chatterbox who loves trains, going to the library and the park, reciting the alphabet, and counting in both English and Spanish (he's better at counting in Spanish, oddly enough). The Shepherd Family: August 2005
http://shepherdfamily.blogspot.com/2005_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 29, 2005. Tatum is feeding from a bottle. The NICU staff is slowly trying to ween her from her heated isolette to a room temperature crib. Noah's had a more challenging road. He's had quite a few apnias and bradycardias and is now on caffeine to help stimulate him. The photos below are from the first time we bottle-fed the twins. Posted by Jason @ 10:39 PM. Sunday, August 28, 2005. The twins have arrived. The twins have arrived! Posted by Jason @ 12:26 PM. Oct - early dec 2006 photos.

The Shepherd Family: June 2006
http://shepherdfamily.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, June 18, 2006. An update has been long overdue. Click here. For the latest photos. In the past two weeks, Noah has started crawling, crawling up stairs, standing up, and "cruising" around tables and couches (i.e. using one or two hands for support while walking). Tatum has eight teeth now to Noah's two. She sometimes attempts crawling I call her attempt a "one-armed man crawl stroke" but she seems content to just sit. Posted by Jason @ 3:51 PM. The Shepherd Family: October 2005

Thursday, October 06, 2005. Growin' and cryin' but no sleepin'. Ian continues to do well in the presence of his siblings. When he hears them crying, he's sure to alert us to that very fact. Ian is off to a flying start as a two-year-old, and you can read about his adventures on his own blog. Posted by Jason @ 2:53 PM. Late Feb 2007 Update: Check Our Flickr Site. The Shepherd Family: September 2005
http://shepherdfamily.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 23, 2005. The twins are home. We got to bring the twins home on 17-Sep-2005 after they demonstrated that they could wake up and eat on demand. Kylynn brought Ian to Omaha so that we could go home as a family. Ian loves them (so far) and loves to say their names and give them hugs and kisses. He's even held and fed them a couple of times. Posted by Jason @ 10:31 AM. Tuesday, September 06, 2005. One step forward, one step back. Here are the latest pictures of Noah and Tatum. Long time, no...

The Shepherd Family: January 2006
http://shepherdfamily.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 14, 2006. Two updates in a row? Now that's bang for your buck. Here are more photos. Since the gap between the previous two posts includes Halloween, I should probably mention that Ian was a lion ("The Lion King") for trick-or-treating. He was fearless and loved going door to door saying "treat-oh-treat" and "thank you." Enjoy. Posted by Jason @ 10:03 AM. Friday, January 13, 2006. Here are a few more recent photos. The Shepherd Family: July 2006
http://shepherdfamily.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 16, 2006. We made it through another battery of weddings. Two weekends ago was Curt's wedding in New York. This last weekend was my sister Betsy's wedding. Ian was the ringbearer in both. For Betsy's wedding, Ian somehow injured his knee the morning of the wedding and ended up limping down the aisle at the start of the service. I've posted photos from Curt's wedding. There are a bunch of other photos that I've recently uploaded to my Flickr account (look at the tag 20060716.
