Μια μικρή ομελέτα από τον φούρνο μικροκυμάτων μαζί με καπνιστό ζαμπόν μέλανος δρυμού, κι ένας καφές με λίγο αφρόγαλα. Η μέρα σήμερα ήταν δύσκολη. Και για να σας προϊδεάσω: μόνο η μισή ήταν low carb. Η άλλη μισή ήταν τίγκα στον υδατάνθρακα με μια Ιωάννα (εμένα) να λέει στο σύζυγο διαρκώς δε μου ταιριάζει αυτή η διατροφή. Μπορείτε να προσθέσετε ντομάτες, ταμπάσκο, ζαμπόν, τυρί ό,τι τραβάει η όρεξή σας.

He is so grateful. How in the world can a 5 year old be grateful? He understands what he now has; in comparison to what he once lived. Is a gut-punch.
