The more Im on the treadmill, the worse it is. The more Im on my piano, the worse it is, too. This is not good. Dont go under 1.6 mph. If you saunter you slouch. Faster is better for you. My friend Caroline le Barbier is having a photo exhibition in London of some of her photos from Nepal and Ecuador. Below is the flyer.
