It houses our free weights and our state of the art weight training equipment which is set up in an easy to navigate circuit. It also provides our treadmills, ellipticals, ascent trainers, and recumbent bikes. There is also a large space for stretching, toning, and group fitness classes. The Fitness Center is open 6 days per week with hours that accommodate all shifts.
