MAGNIFICENT BEASTS: May 2010
http://magnificentbeasts.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, 9 May 2010. On a Rainy Saturday. When it is foul outside, there are no distractions from drawing. I wanted to refresh the imagery I've been using in my prints, so today I did these. I hope you like them. Wednesday, 5 May 2010. Thanks Mr. Stag. For donating these beauts to my life. I bought them today from a man in a shop who has a pet owl that was perched atop a stuffed wildebeest head, dancing. I am not kidding. It is the best shop ever. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). YAKAMOZ: TV-ZOO
http://kaankayimoglu.blogspot.com/2008/10/tv-zoo.html
Yakamoz = The Noctilucales are a peculiar order of marine dinoflagellates. These cells are very large, from 1 to 2 millimetres in diameter, and are filled with large buoyant vacuoles. The most common species is Noctiluca scintillans, also called N. miliaris. It is usually bioluminescent when disturbed, as are various other dinoflagellates, and large blooms can sometimes be seen as flickering lights on the ocean. Wednesday, October 29, 2008. My eye keeps moving around and finding new stuff!
