A long time ago, sometime in July 2012 (yes I know very late post heehee), we wanted to eat foie gras to our heart’s content and requested Cris and Carlo to cook for us. We drove to the north area, some 20km away from our place, excited for our foie gras dinner. The lovely table was set and as Carlo and Cris were preparing dinner, we started with pecorino cheese and honey paired with white wine.

Woensdag, juli 26, 2006. Na het ontbijt was het zover om de eerste 800 km richting Holland te rijden. De schatting was om 17.20 aan te komen bij onze overnachtinghotel. Maar door files, tunnels. En ongelukken onderweg kwamen we pas om 20.20 aan. Morgen nog ongeveer 650 km en dan zijn we weer thuis en zien wij onze zoon na 3 weken weer en April na 11 dagen.
