Due to jaundice issues, she and I had to go back and stay at the hospital another two nights beyond the first three day stay, and it was really hard on her to not be held very much. Friday, June 27, 2014. Elora helped me finish a big project this month. Can you tell what it is? Yep, it's a jean quilt! We don't have any stretcher bars or fancy equipment to make it really nice and smooth, and the lines of yarn aren't exactly even, but it's done. Yay! I started putting squares together for this quilt about four years ago! Wednesday, May 07, 2014. Down by the River and Easter. As promised, here are some images from Easter weekend (I know you've been waiting with bated breath). My favorite egg had the barn on it. It seems like the only time we use our green table cloth is Easter weekend, because it works so much more efficiently than newspaper to keep the egg dye off of the table! Monday, December 22, 2014. 10 portraits and a partridge in a pear tree. This Christmas season, I had approximately a month and a half to finish ten portraits. To put this in perspective, last year I did four commissioned portraits over three months, and barely got them done in time! But I was up to the challenge, and it was fun to have something to work on. Really, it was five kids to be drawn twice over. I assume to be given to two recipients? And I got them done and sent in time!

Non cè niente più inglese che il thè delle cinque accompagnato con scons. classico dei classici, che io adoro (non che io sia inglese, ma ho sempre trovato molto interessante questa tradizione), e cosi oggi ho deciso di prepararli, ma questa volta con la ricetta della MITICA cuoca argentina "Doña Petrona" , ho fatto qualche modifiche: zucchero di canna e gocce di ciccolatto. il resultato?
