Friday, August 22, 2008. First of all, I am sad that I have no one staying with me in my room. This past week has been so great and relaxing. It's been an exciting vaycay. That's really going to help me start of this school year as a minister (and a student now) off right. It's going to be a great year. Easy Citrus Salmon Steaks. 2 fresh or frozen salmon steaks cut 1 in. thick (about 1 pound). 2 teaspoons finely shredded lemon or orange peel. 2 tablespoons black pepper. 2 tablespoons sliced green onion.
