Today Kevin is having a headache from the last day and a half. I have a small headache myself. But I think its because our body is getting totally flushed of toxins because we are drinking SOOO much water, and have limited salts. Breakfast: Mango and cherries for me, canoloupe for Kevin. Snacks: Gourmet cucumbers, canoloupe.

I thought awesome I get something new. But having to eat 6 tomatoes was rough. It's not like you can add salt to them. Breakfast: We ate 2 fresh tomatoes and a small filet. HELP MOTIVATE ONE ANOTHER TO FINDING A HAPPIER AND HEALTHIER YOU. Friday, February 27, 2009. Week 6 at Weight Watchers. After 6 weeks on Weight Watchers I am down 15.8 pounds! This week's weigh in was not the best - but I was still down .4! I won't complain about that. I've still got about 20-25 pounds to go - I'm hoping to be there around May 1st. Thursday, February 26, 2009. I hope this site motivates others, and motivates me to want to work towards my goal of getting healthier and trimmer.

But I think I was probably set back this week with the camping trip. OK, gotta stay strong the rest of the week! I know there will be set-backs - but they really bum you out afterwards. And I'm indulging. the last two weeks I've been indulging on Easter candy. what's next? There will never be an end to these temptations. Must start watching my treat intake. Today is vegetables only day. And for breakfast you have to eat a baked potato. Which seems REALLY strange. But it is DELIGHTFULLY delicious after all the fruit we had yesterday. They say to use 1 tab of butter. And then I added black pepper and chives. I baked these last night, and boy does it hit the spot! Labels: GM Diet Day 2.

But so far. this is been my absolute FAVORITE DAY. You are allowed to eat up to 8 bananas and 3 cups of milk in addition to your 10 glasses of water. First Shift I am an engineer. Then I come home to be Mason's and Layla's mommy. Monday, October 5, 2009. When I was pregnant with Mason I asked many moms what was the one thing they couldn't live without when their baby was born. Several women raved about the Fisher Price Ocean Wonders Aquarium. There are several different versions of this classic floating around - but the one in this picture is the one that we got for Mason. Does anyone have any ideas of how to wean him off of this toy? What does it hurt.
