Diary of a Mad Horsewife: May 2010
http://emceefarm.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Diary of a Mad Horsewife. Musings, meanderings, and some just plain silliness of a 50-something horsewoman. Friday, May 21, 2010. Rest In Peace, Jan. Yesterday I attended the funeral of a dear friend and neighbor, Jan Brown. We've know Jan and her husband Bob since we moved in over 20 years ago. Besides living down at the end of the road, Bob was my kids' Ag teacher and the LeRoy FFA advisor. Considering my kids were spaced 4 years apart, Bob had a McCarron in his class for 12 years. Diary of a Mad Horsewife: July 2009
http://emceefarm.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Diary of a Mad Horsewife. Musings, meanderings, and some just plain silliness of a 50-something horsewoman. Thursday, July 16, 2009. Back to the blog. Took a little time off to get caught up with housework, yard work, and a little trip to St. Louis for the 4th of July to see Heather. There's been more than enough rain and the cooler temperatures are wonderful after the over 90 degree heat we've had. All that rain means that the grass has gone crazy! Susan McCarron, CEA. Diary of a Mad Horsewife: October 2009
http://emceefarm.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Diary of a Mad Horsewife. Musings, meanderings, and some just plain silliness of a 50-something horsewoman. Sunday, October 4, 2009. Gentle as a Dead Pig. After three days of lousy, wet weather, I was able to finally turn the horses outside. Boy, did they need it! Besides the thrill of the hunt for bargains, the auctioneer's patter is one of the things that I enjoy. They can come up with some of the strangest sayings.
