Still Life in San Francisco. August 4, 2010 · 2:05 am. E and I were able to stay in Toronto for about six weeks in May and June. I was busy with work at the time and wasn’t able to pull together any pictures. Our apartment was in the middle of a downtown shopping district called Yorkville and down the street from a city library. Luckily (or unluckily) for us, we were able to take care of our landlady’s cat for about a week. As I’ve detailed in past dog. And they say that Canadians are such mean people!

Thursday, April 17, 2014. I've finally taken some time to fix the photos that were lost here on the old blog. It is going to take awhile, but I have the computer plugged into the external hard drive so I can access all our photos and my goal is to fix a few posts a week. I started from the beginning and it really is shocking to view photos of me pregnant and read about the twin's birth and watch old videos of them. I miss their tiny little bodies so much! Yet at the same time I LOVE their big girl brains!

Larry is what you might call the "Christmas GURU." Here he is setting up our tree, the day after Thanksgiving. Johnny watches in wonder. It was truly magical to watch him interact with the Christmas tree for the first time! James is helping Daddy put the lights on the tree. He loved being Daddy's special helper, this year!

Jueves, 25 de agosto de 2011. Estoy sentado frente a la pantalla de mi compu, alternando entre golf, chismes, mails y agendas. Muerdo una medialuna empapada en café con leche caliente. Pienso "qué rico! Me pregunto "¿Cuántas medialunas más van a pasar hasta que deje de gustarme? Sigo mirando. Ahora hacia adelante. Estoy a unos 10 metros de un ventanal que da a la calle.
