Half-Assed Crafter: I'm gonna pop some tags. Only got $20 in my pocket.
http://halfassedcrafter.blogspot.com/2013/02/im-gonna-pop-some-tags-only-got-20-in.html
Friday, February 1, 2013. I'm gonna pop some tags. Only got $20 in my pocket. Since I love me some Goodwill shopping, I decided to take part in Young House Love's Thrift Shop Challenge. The rules were simple. 1 Go to the thrift shop with only $20 to spend. You're supposed to take a picture of this, but I was alone and I didn't actually have a $20 bill. I just had my check card and I probably don't want that photographed. 2 Find some goodies totaling no more than $20 and share what you found. This pillow ...

New Yorker in London. Jumping across the pond in my rain boots. Live Like a Londoner. Cambio de Tercio – Best Spanish in London. June 9, 2013. Recently for my birthday, I was treated to an amazing day which started with lunch at Spanish tapas restaurant Cambio de Tercio. Rafael Nadal is a frequent customer here whenever he plays at Wimbledon with his mentor uncle Toni. Perhaps this provided him with the ammo required to overcome Roger Federer in that epic Wimbledon final some years ago now? The tomatoes ...

New Yorker in London. Jumping across the pond in my rain boots. Live Like a Londoner. A ticket to sun, sea, and insanely delicious food! July 28, 2013. My first encounter with Barcelona began when I was backpacking through Europe. I only stayed for 36 hours in this amazing city. And to appreciate it fully, trust me, you need more than 36 hours. This time, my second encounter with Barcelona involved the insatiable food scene. And the urban beaches. After long days of walking around the medieval backstreets.

New Yorker in London. Jumping across the pond in my rain boots. Live Like a Londoner. Corner Room – My MasterChef Connection. May 26, 2013. Boy oh boy…I was tipsy toe-ing with glee when we finally had our booking to the Corner Room before my big 2-2 (yes I will be 22 forever) birthday drinks at Carbon Bar. We had to check it out ourselves! As I walked past all the fancy labels on the women’s floor, the Corner Room was elegantly presented in a blue themed art-deco style room with lots of airy windows.
