Big wheels needed for stairs and shock absorbtion. Portfolio needs to be situated vertically and fastened to the cart. 4 wheels are useful. Swivel wheels are nice. We wanted to be people focused so we were looking for ways to generate ideas in their environments. We did not realize how difficult this would be. List brainstorming and paper brainstorming.
