The BBC's "Watchdog" program did a piece on a Computer Support company that ripped off it's customers. And as part of the "undercover investigation", they nobbled a PC so that it could be fixed by an engineer. So far, so good, until they showed how they nobbled the PC in the first place. I've had lots of complaints about Internet Explorer, and it's auto complete function - "bring back IE7" the users say.
