And the five hundred and ninety-fifth anniversary of the Battle of Agincourt:. He which hath no stomach to this fight,. Let him depart; his passport shall be made. We Few, We Happy Few. Nov 11th, 2011. In view of the date . I just wanted to share this:. Kenneth Branagh reads Wilfred Owens. Anthem for Doomed Youth. Posted at 07:01 am. Oct 28th, 2011. For I am Welsh, you know. Heres a rendition of the St Crispins Day speech by another actor of a certain calibre. We get a line from Montjoy, too, though I havent been able to find out who played him. The picture is obviously from a production of H4. I wish Id seen all of these! Http:/ www.youtube.com/watch?

Forward planning - We Few, We Happy Few

We Few, We Happy Few. Http:/ www.azincourt2015.info/. Id love to take part in these events but alas, both are beyond me - and the likely complications of taking a bow through Customs fairly make me blench! Posted on Sep. 11th, 2013 at 11:14 am. I managed to read 'taking a bow' with the wrong pronunciation, and was immediately reminded of "Nice Customs curtsey to great kings. ". Posted on Sep. 11th, 2013 02:48 pm (UTC). Luminarium Encyclopaedia - We Few, We Happy Few
http://we-few.livejournal.com/21913.html
We Few, We Happy Few. This is an interesting resource. It's got endless information on the Hundred Years' War, with plenty of information on the main personalities and pictures galore. Http:/ www.luminarium.org/encyclope. Use with caution, however; some of information is old (it's a literature rather than a history resource) and I've noticed that some of the pictures are incorrectly captioned. For instance, it features the Usual Portrait of Henry, which is not contemporary. Grr. Tags: elsewhere on the net.

http://we-few.livejournal.com/22921.html
We Few, We Happy Few. Another Henry, another Herald. The meeting just before the battle, from the forthcoming BBC production. Http:/ www.youtube.com/watch? Should someone have given that horse a nice soothing cup of tea? Why is Montjoy wearing a sword? I liked the soldiers purposeful advance across the battlefield, though, and theyve got the setting almost exactly right. Posted on May. 28th, 2012 at 02:53 pm. I like what someone says in the comments: 'Doth mother know you weareth her drapes? I think the ...

Henry's miniature castle at Kenilworth - We Few, We Happy Few
http://we-few.livejournal.com/23499.html
We Few, We Happy Few. Henry's miniature castle at Kenilworth. A friend, researching a walk in Warwickshire, put me on to this. The castle at Kenilworth was held by John of Gaunt, Henrys grandfather, who built the Great Hall. Henry liked the place too, and his contribution to the building works was a miniature castle, on the other side of the hundred-acre lake there – a banqueting house where he stayed by preference when he was at Kenilworth. Ian Mortimer in 1415. Scroll down to the second picture. In the...

We Few, We Happy Few. The RSC Greater Shakespeare map.
