MTO Mom's: May 2012
http://mtomoms.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 26, 2012. Some of you who are newer to MTO are not be familiar with my years of trials with one of my neighbors. This post is to let those of you who are familiar know that God has answered prayer. I just had a conversation with my neighbor and she apologized for the way she's gotten angry at me in the past and she realized that I've never done anything wrong to her. She let me know that she's going to church and that it's really changed her. God is good. Thursday, May 24, 2012. 183; ...

http://www.thisfarmfamilyslife.com/2015/07/puffy-paint-ice-cream.html
Monday, July 20, 2015. Puffy Paint Ice Cream. July is National Ice Cream Month and what better way to celebrate all month long than by eating your favorite flavors of ice cream and making this fun craft? And I have joined together, thanks to Indiana's Family of Farmers. To bring you a homeschool lesson and craft all about ice cream! Last winter we made puffy paint snowmen (which I will share later), so we decided to make ice cream cones with the same "recipe.". Optional, or another color of your choice).

This Farm Family's Life: July 2015
http://www.thisfarmfamilyslife.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 30, 2015. This was the first year that we have sprayed fungicide from the air, so the girls were pretty excited to watch. It's not every day that a helicopter lands in the barn lot! Here is a short video of the helicopter spraying. The helicopter landed on the back of the truck to fill-up with more fungicide. They are able to spray 26 acres between fill-ups. Here is a short video of the helicopter landing. A quick fill-up, which only seemed to take a couple minutes, and he was off again.

Fall Sensory Bins - The Real Farmwives of America
http://realfarmwivesofamerica.com/2015/08/fall-sensory-bins.html
Stories of a First Generation Farm Wife. Sensory play can be so, so simple. You can gather up the things you already have in your home. Some great bases that you may have already in your pantry- rice, beans, cooked pasta, uncooked pasta, cereals, sugar, or flour. Both of these Fall bins have corn as a base. I wanted something vibrant in color, so I went with corn instead of soybeans. For the first bin I went with more of the Fall items. Like leaves, acorns, pinecones, and since we are working on our ...

Recipe Recap: Rounding Up Those Garden Recipes. Stories of a First Generation Farm Wife. One of my favorite things about summer, especially the end of summer, is finally getting to enjoy the fruits of all my labor in the garden. I always forget how much work it takes to can just seven quarts of green beans. Or to freeze enough sweet corn for my family through the winter months. Another favorite of my husband’s is sweet corn. This require quite a bit of work if you really like corn- but again, I...I am a ...
