Easy, drive there, get out of car, walk 30 feet to overlook. 10 minutes, depends how long you want to stare at the city. Not much there. Just a turnaround and 4 parking spots. Unlike Spencer’s Butte, no vans filled with smoke or teenagers making out. Built for Springfield’s 100th year. Panorama is nice. I think Springtucky has more trees than Eugene. He may try to murder you! 44 miles from Eugene, 30 minutes to walk the main loop. Free to visit, $10 to camp. That may be higher now. Not sure, there is a campground.
