A week ago I attended an amazing workshop filled with a little bit of magic and a lot of wonder. It was held up in Annapolis, in a quaint charming neighborhood that became our focus for the day. Soulful journaling and photography was the key to the inspirational hours. Kayce Stevens Hughlett. And her husband, professional photographer Bill came all the way from Seattle to guide our group. It was organized and hosted by Amy Steindler. My 'I am From'. The sunlight and heat. And yet releasing all to God.

We can do hard things. So proud of Lydia and how strong she is. She worked so hard and was able to get to the Matanuska glacier. It wasn't easy. It really wasn't easy! My sweet giant of a little boy is slowly finding his way in this big world. It is that time of year again where everything seems just a little bit sweeter. The pressure of daily routine shifts and the world appears to be more relaxed. Our berry bushes are filled with nature's jewels. I went out this morning and collected just around the back yard for a few minutes and came in with a quart. I know the next week is going to be filled with sticky hands and the sounds of little thumps as the berries are collected. July 1, 2015 at 3:32 PM. The harvest is so plentiful this year Ginny!

Wednesday, July 08, 2015. Matt has been gone for 2 1/2 weeks. I'm complaining. I have been spending my days packing and doing school work. Dallin and I moved the piano today. Only big things left are mattresses and the table. We are getting so many strawberries I can not keep up with them. I took Dallin, Kali and Corban to the Goosebay refuge tonight. We had a blast walking in the grass, rescuing a dog and getting a little bit muddy. I ate oreos today. I have never been there. The weather has been awesome.

Monday, June 22, 2015. Saturday the kids worked and made some money at the farm. In the late afternoon I took them to b uy Father's day gifts. They got BB gun, bow and arrows.for themselves! We then spent the night shooting. It was good family time with no devices which was nice and rare. It will be less rare as soon as we make the transition to the farm. Their 200 GB of data used monthly is going to drop to about nothing. I couldn't be more excited for them. Them.not so much. Me and My Best Friend!
