Try to take a step back and refocus if you are having problems with your study. Reflects on how the problem occur and how it ballon to the size that is beyond your ability to solve. Some of the issues are beyond your power to correct, but the ones in your domain are easy to fix. Once you do whatever you can to minimize it, you will see the problem less daunting!
