So we have made it to half-way on our trek across country. We're currently in North Platte. A smallish town in the center of Nebraska. . Unbeknownst to me, North Platte is home to the largest railway sorting yard in the world - the Bailey Yard. 160;I never even knew trains needed sorting, go figure. Posted by Paul Soldera. Well, we arrived in San Francisco after 3000 miles of driving, site seeing, eating, more driving, picture taking, more site seeing and yes, more eating. It was a great trip. I've been doing some work recently for a client in the Casual Dining Restaurant (CDR) category. This is a strange category. It's a cross between a restaurant and a fast-food joint. Places that serve you a sit down meal, but low quality food at a low cost - Chili's. So how do you energize a customer base that doesn't really care?
