Use Your Story!: May 2008
http://useyourstory.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 29, 2008. After a little time out, they were both allowed to come out, but play separately. About an hour later, the five year old was in the bed and the six year old was looking for him. 8220;Mom,” he said, covered in chalk. 8220;Yes, Breck? 8220;Where is Jake? I have something to show him.”. 8220;He’s sleeping, honey.”. 8220;Oh,” he walked away, head hanging. Something was obviously bothering him…a lot. 8220;Breck,” I said, “do you want to show me? Do you have similar stories of forgivene...

Use Your Story!: November 2007
http://useyourstory.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 29, 2007. I truly hope God, in His amazing grace, shows more forgiveness to the two people - who should have cherished the precious gift of Riley - than they showed her. I know that their hypocrisy and cruelty will haunt me. Inspired by Grace, I vow to appreciate and treasure my children even more. Please vow to do the same. Wednesday, November 28, 2007. Inspired by Hope: Wisconsin Rapids 3–O Day. This year the keynote I delivered was called “What’s Your Story? Sunday, November 11, 2007.

Use Your Story!: Inspired by Courage
http://useyourstory.blogspot.com/2008/06/inspired-by-courage.html
Wednesday, June 25, 2008. What is your personal brand? What is your brand worth? Do you live your brand everyday? These are just some of the questions that over 40 courageous teens asked themselves this past week at the Inner Wisconsin Teen Leadership Institute. This is my third year of facilitating camp, and every year I am more and more honored to be in the presence of some amazing and courageous teens. You might wonder why I call them courageous…all they have to do is show up to camp…right? On Day 3, ...

http://useyourstory.blogspot.com/2009/08/inspired-by-cleanliness-not-that-kind.html
Saturday, August 1, 2009. Inspired By Cleanliness (not that kind! Hello Friends. It has been ages since I have written. And today I am actually writing about something that happened in January. But…I woke up and just felt a strong need to share it. No matter how much people try to convince me to let my kids ride the bus, I am not willing to give up the conversations I overhear in the car on the way to and from school yet. Here is what I mean…. 8220;Well, Jake,” Breck. Being the older brother, Breck.

Use Your Story!: Inspired By Listening
http://useyourstory.blogspot.com/2008/09/inspired-by-listening.html
Monday, September 29, 2008. The following came home with my first grader the other day…and I can hardly wait to share. It is so simple, yet so easy to forget. Every part of our body helps us listen.
