The qualifying examination to become a driving instructor is in three parts:. Consists of a multiple-choice test and a video-based hazard perception test. There is no limit to the number of attempts you may have for this test. Part 2: Driving Technique. Consists of an eyesight test followed by an advanced practical test of your driving technique.
