Mixed emotions in motherhood. July 15, 2016. But I wanna talk about something different and positive! It can be really tough and that’s when us Mums need to stick together be truthful and hold each other up. I’ve learnt to hold onto these special moments during the explosive nappy in the trolley times. I think this is an amazing quality in children just when they push you to the brink of insanity they bring your rushing back down to earth with that beautiful bond you worked hard to create!

My health visitor is amazing, she’s always honest and gives me advice you can actually go by instead of insanly high standards I feel I get from others. “Take dummy away completely at 1 take away the bottle completely at 1, do control crying etc etc. All of this advice I hate.
