Monday, February 29, 2016. After escaping the alien abductions at Roswell and Bottomless Pits, we went west again. (Actually it wasn't the pits, Bottomless Lakes State Park was really great, but one of us called Bottomless Pits and it stuck). There were great views on the Billy the Kid Trail from Roswell to Alamogordo, over the mountains. We got nervous again about seeing snow up on top, brrr. Monday, July 25, 2016. We left Killbear and headed south. We stopped for Internet, and then we picked up another windsufer (for free) off of Kijiji, the Canadian craigslist. We hung out at a beach in Waubaushene for a bit, then moved over to spend the night at a boondocker outside of Barrie, Ontario. Sunset at the beach. Tuesday, May 31, 2016. Overall, this was one of my favorite national parks, even if I do get a bit nervous in really deep caves. If you ever make it out to this part of northern California, it is well worth a visit. A cave entrance, some are easier than others. It gets kind of dark down there, so you'll want your own little light. I always thought it was a relief to come out without getting lost. (Yes, I've felt very lost.). Elliot's going back in. See, total darkness, except for the two little lights!

Tuesday, August 23, 2016. After we got all our stuff done in Hartland, we headed up north to see our friends at their cabin on Lake Huron, just outside of a little town called Au Gres. It was great seeing them again after a year, we had lots of fun windsurfing and swimming and sailing. I had never been on a catamaran before, it's a lot less tippy than a monohull! I'm still not sure if I'd wanna live on a boat, but. This was also my firs time playing tetherball, it was fun! Sept 2015 - May 2016 Map.

Saturday, January 7, 2017. Well, it's now been about four months since we moved back into our house, and guess what? Yet) There was a mushroom growing in the window, and the grill needed cleaning, but beyond that, it was all pretty smooth sailing. We took another canoe day trip when it was still warm out, that was fun, until it got dark! Elliot and I both have our midterms coming up, four each. I'm only in eighth grade! Anyway, we've yet to do any more traveling, but we certainly plan to this summer!
