第三天，我們出發到神戶, IreneMama也是第一次到神戶。 跟往京都的方法一樣，最後一天使用之前買下的Kansai 3 days Pass, 由大阪阪急梅田站，乘往阪急神戶線前往神戶三宮站只需30分鐘。 來到神戶，不禁令我回想多年前的神戶地震，當年整個神戶市都變得滿目瘡痍，高架天橋和鐵路也塌了下來。看到現在神戶又再現繁華，感到十分感恩。 為方便起見，我們在神戶三宮站轉乘JR到神戶站，一出閘已有很麵包超人圖案指示往麵包超人館的方向，經Umie百貨公司商店地下街，慢行8分鐘左右便可以看見麵包超人館的臨海地標－摩天輪。沿途在地上都有麵包超人圖案，所以可以放心不會迷路！ 網站上的交通案內，請參閱: http:/ www.kobe-anpanman.jp/access/index.html. 麵包超人館有兩層，我們先購票進入上一層的展館（ 遊樂區）. 1,500円（連税) -. 層展館，便有多個麵包超人拍照景點，好可愛啊！ Anson 想玩滑梯時, 工作人員姐姐也友善的問Anson多少歲，當她們知道Anson是5歲便讓她參加 :P. 離開了麵包超人館, 在對面已是大型Shopping Mall - Mosai...

一言之約:【午後・市集】. 12304;午後・市集】。 回港後的周末，強烈颱風直吹台灣，心裡既感恩我們在早一星期完成了 台北. 遊；又為台灣朋友們擔心。在星期五得知在台北認識的【 Kara革小物. 12304;午後・市集】在上 周六和日下午12時至7時在 添馬公園舉行，當日，雖然香港沒有受颱風影響，但卻受外圍天氣影響而非常酷熱及煙霞密佈。 12304;午後・市集】。 由金鐘地鐵站走到 添馬公園，經過政府總部，有很多青草地，是拍攝的好地方。一邊行，我一邊幫Hannah拍照，同時我也請她替我拍照，當訓練她一下吧！ 添馬公園，人流比我想象中多，這裡又曬又熱，我們立即找個遮陰位緩緩的逛。幸好在市集裡，每兩三個檔口便放置了一把可噴水的大風扇，可以令遊人稍稍降溫。 因為在市集中的攤檔售賣的物品大多很新奇，Hannah沒有吵著要離開或者要抱。反而她對某些東西十分有興趣，例如有一位男士在試玩一個雜技玩意，她就駐足觀看，不願離開！ 12305;的檔了！檔主也認得我們呢！ 於是，我們繼續閒逛市集其他檔，不得不讚美時下很多手作人的熱心及、創作上的努力和對品質的要求。 週日 週四，11:00 22:00;. 有8層高ʌ...

由3月14日，首次跟營養師Nicole姐姐第一次見面開始，至今已有4個月，整個惠氏金裝膳兒加「奀仔救兵」計劃已到了尾聲。 在6月13日，我和Hannah參加了第二次的親子煮食工作坊，今次製作的食品是大人小朋友都喜愛的『香蕉鬆餅』和『自家製雪糕』！ 首先營養師哥哥教導小朋友們把已拌好的麵糊平均喞入兩個杯子內，然後加入多種配料，有提子乾、麥片、杏仁粒、朱古力粒，妹妹當然偏好朱古力粒，但仍把每款配件都加了。做完了，便在杯子上寫上自己的名子，然後請導師安排入爐烘焗。 12302;香蕉鬆餅』入爐後，便開始做『自家製雪糕』，妹妹聽了後十分興奮，當她聽到營養師哥哥問：「有沒有小朋友喜歡吃雪糕？」她便立即舉手！ 營養師哥哥向我們介紹只要用雪糕機便可以在家自製雪糕，既便宜又健康。只需用冰凍的乳酪，再加入雪硬了的水果，在雪糕機壓一下便做好，十分方便。當日營養師哥哥預備了藍莓，Hannah便去排隊領取在雪糕機出來的藍莓雪糕，再加上一個雪糕筒作裝飾。 體重：由3月的12.9kg; 至今已達14.6kg! 身高：由99.5cm; 增加至101.2cm! 過大海欣賞Beauty and the Beast. 在吃午餐前ᦁ...

12300;天父從未應許天常蔚藍，祂未曾應允花兒常開，祂卻恩許祂的慈愛常在。」. 無論長到什麼年紀，總要有一份童心，尤其作父母的，暫時放下一刻焦慮去玩樂一下，感受一下孩子是怎樣的快樂無憂，可以對他們更理解，也能領悟出教孩子的方法！ IreneMama在三星期前，臨時決定自己隨家人出走旅行幾天，一方面陪家人散心，走出上月家人離世的傷痛；另一方面，IreneMama自己知道我需要減壓，因為情緒開始失控。 我在旅程中每天都分享我的所見所聞，有些朋友看到，說：「您就好啦，可以輕鬆自己外遊，唔駛湊女.」. 其實，決定出走前的心情有多忐忑，有怎能向外人道呢？在出發前一星期我們才確定機票，我也急急做足多番準備－請工人姐姐調假 、拜託. 同學的媽媽把學校要事轉傳給爸爸，另外當然要確保自己在外也隨時在線，送上文字支援。 由開學至今近三個月，自問我一直都非常緊張女兒的學業，我認為小學階段絕不能鬆懈，結果對女兒事事提點，令自己相當受壓。 相隔短短幾天，在沒有我事事提點，在爸爸只給予部份支援的環境下，女兒也學懂了自主學習。 這次出走首爾，其中一個Pull factor就是紅葉。 我們四人愈走愈入園區，四周的樹木有...

近日流感肆虐，我們家也十分留意，早在幾星期前開始已安排全家人在外出時、上班和上學都要戴上口罩，連工人姐姐也不例外，只希望保重大家的健康。 12年前香港出現SARS疫情，醫護人員都束手無策，市民人心惶惶。當時IreneMama還單身，但也每天戴上口罩，也吩咐男友和家人全戴上口罩。還記得當件連聖堂也採取嚴謹抗疫措施，我家爸爸當年在復活節領洗時也是戴著口罩領洗，十分經典。 12年後，我已是兩囡之母。面對相比SARS較輕微的流感也不敢掉以輕心，畢竟孩子年幼，我有更大的責任去保護她們。 可是，年幼又事事好奇的女兒們又怎能完全避免染病？只望減少發病機會及減輕患病病徵吧。 Anson和Hannah班上接連有不少同學患上感冒，曾經有幾天有多人告病假，幸好大家都是上呼吸道感染或輕微感冒，現在大家相繼痊癒了。 終於，兩個女也在上星期失守了，但總算很快便康復過來。 我覺得跟她們每天服用的補充品有關，是去年我的好友介紹給我的Sambucus Elderberry（ 黑接骨木果）. 65292; 是一種 天然營養素，成份. 包括黑接骨木 Black Elderberry, 紫錐花 Echinacea 及 蜂膠 Propolis.
