A very basic, but at the same time, a very popular breakfast under cyclists and hikers. Milk powder (everywhere available, even in the smallest shops). Optional fruit like raisons, dried pears / apples / apricots. Heat the water and put the milk powder in it. Add the fruit and wait until the water boils.
