Wow What a fun week. This week my mommy, daddy, Igloo, Q-ball and me all went to Pittsburgh. We drove! I met so many wonderful people on my first vacation, including my uncle Chris. He is funny and no matter where he is in the house I can hear him. His voice makes me smile. He sounds like daddy. He teaches me how to rest on my tummy. Every day was packed full of activity. Utah July 5th - 7th. Or so I thought. While everyone gets settled and focused, Bella and Eric chat about stuff, this was a special moment for me. Well we are on our way up the mountain. This is the year of the pecan, and anyone with a pecan (pee-can or pi-caan take your 'pic') tree knows that the daily pecan picking must begin! I recently got an e-mail from a friend who expressed discontent with San Francisco’s temperate weather — which I absolutely was unable to empathize with. Then, this past week he was finally pleased that, for the first time, he felt cold in San Francisco. So my vacation plans were thwarted (a whole other story that I’ll get into another time) and I’ve just return to Saigon so I can work tomorrow. And it’s rainy. Really, really rainy.
