Vancouver Island Soaring Society ( ISS ). Pilots with verifiable USHPA, FAI or IPPI ratings can fill out the HPAC Temporary form. And will be covered under the third party insurance. Pilots wishing to fly the local sites must have a current HPAC membership. Vancouver Island also has some tight Airzones. To become familiar with the local airspace, please take the time to use the NEW AIRSPACE TOOL referenced on the Sites Page. See Dallas Road Site Rules on the Sites Page.

Membership applications can now be completed electronically. Download the ISS Membership Form. And Mt. Prevost Release Form. Complete and sign both forms. Scan and email to the ISS Secretary. We will be working from 9:30 – 12:30 am and 1:00 – 4:00 pm. The address is 6572 North Rd, Duncan. North Road is just past the LZ going. West Go to the end of North Road without turning.
