Island Time Charters, Key West FL. Tuesday, November 24, 2009. Island Time Charters Key west 11/24/09. We had a pretty darn good day today. The winds picked up late last night giving us a steady 15mph wind out of the east. And though it makes offshore a little uncomfortable, the inshore waters were awesome. We have some patchy clouds hanging around and aren't expected to dicpate for another day or so. All in all, another wonderful day in and around Key West. Key West Fishing Report.
