Home of the Islay Tope Fishing Festival. You are here: Home. Now in it’s seventh year the Islay Tope Fishing Festival is held annually at Loch Indaal on the island. The festival raises money for charities on Islay and Jura whilst also aiding the Scottish Shark Tagging Programme. By tagging and recording all sharks caught.
