Back in al-welayat al-mootachida (united states), not to be confused with al-ulam al-mootachida (united nations), as previously mistaken by ari. my last week in morocco flew by but my travels in israel and egypt were wonderful and also helped eased the leaving morocco process. there are many things i miss about morocco, but its nice to be home. My travels in north africa. Sunday, May 09, 2004. Now ive been getting text messages like "hi its yussef from the university if you are still in town we should get coffee" and i just wonder, what university, what town? A better text message was "hi hannah its hassan from SAHARA i miss you and SAHARA misses you too." by the way, the desert was amazing sandstorms and all, i also miss it and i did start writing my paper there (in case you were wondering j stein). Its been great and only getting better.
