医院都在喊信息化建设,也喊了有些年头,投入在IT上的资金和医院营收比虽然不多,但也不少.但始终还是一团乱麻,IT建设搞的好的国内医院用十个手指都可以数过来,还够用. IT建设就和建高速公路一样的,车再好,路况不行照样白搭.医院虽然都建了各种各样的HIS,RIS,PACS系统,但最关键的IT基础架构却是一塌糊涂.其实国内医院在信息化之路开始前最主要的不是用了多么先进的医院系统,先把自己医院的IT基础架构搭好了,把信息盲点和病毒问题解决了再说. IT基础架构中最基础的网络也是医院头疼的问题,经常听到信息科长说这是前任扔下的烂摊子,自己没精力去整.这里没精力搞,其它事情做起来更费精力,比如网络无法连通,病毒泛滥,你搭建个HIS也是废物,医院根本无法正常使用. 国内医院没有一家不封外网的,一说就是病毒问题,其实病毒的根源并不在用户上不上外网,关键看医院的IT基础架构管理是否到位,你管理的不好没有外网也照样病毒泛滥,让你的HIS,PACS死翘翘.反看国外医院,如果有客户端不能上外网的,倒是奇怪的事情了. IT基础架构建设,无论是医院,还是企业,最最基础的东西做不好,其它就都妄谈吧.
