Cup strong coffee (brewed). Stir til smooth. In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs. Temper eggs by pouring a small amount of hot chocolate mixture into eggs, beating constantly. Then pour this mixture back into bowl of chocolate and mix until smooth. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Very rich, cut into small pieces.
