So today after a very sluggish morning for me and a run for the Iron Maiden (good for her), we decided V&A Waterfront at Cape Town Harbour is the order fo the day. Look if there is one thing that Robyn loves more than, mmmm, Me is Harbours. If we are in a town or a city with one, we cannot leave there without seeing it. Finished off another great day with friends, a wonderful braai and a good piece of Pork.

ONE DAY AT A TIME. Wednesday, May 21, 2008. I have been bit by the bug - or should I say a tick. I have been diagnosed as having African Tick Fever. I have been given some antibiotics and hopefully in a few days I will be feeling better. Scott has two tick bites, but not as severe. Of course the tick that bit me had more bacteria to transfer - YEH ME! You may be wondering how did I get bit by a tick? Not funny. After you are bit by a tick it takes 5 - 7 days to show signs of the bacterial infection.
