Why or why not? 2 zucchini / cut into slices. 2 tsp Kosher/sea salt. 1 garlic clove / minced. 1 tbs lemon juice. 2 tbs olive oil. 1/4 cup / 40g walnuts. 1/4 cup/ 30g fresh herbs / chopped. Put the Zucchini in a colander and sprinkle evenly with 1 tsp salt. Toss and sprinkle evenly with another 1 tsp salt. Let stand for 10 minutes . In a small bowl combine the garlic and lemon juice. Garnish with walnuts and herbs.
