Nothing Sweet About Me. This is my weight loss journey! I am so excited and hope that it changes my life. Friday, May 8, 2009. Wow it's been a while since I have updated. Well I'm so happy. I have lost a total of 25 kgs and I'm not stopping! I now go to gym 4 days a week and it's hard but I feel I need too. I will try update more often. Yes it has been ages! Update more often please :O). 25kgs is fantastic also going to the gym you are doing so well. I am so proud of you. Keep up the fantastic work Caz.

Woo hoo look at me i'm shrinking! I had Lap Band surgery on the 4th February 2008. Then had my Lap band removed in 2012! I had Gastric Bypass surgery September 2013. Much better than that band by far! So anyway this is my journey of going from Fat to Thin then fat to thin again! Also my life stories along the way. Please enjoy my rambling ;O). Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Well Christmas is over and yes i ate yummy naughty foods and drank way too much Rum and coke! So, So be it :O) Bring on 2010 i say!

Yes I will make an effort to keep busy I think. just promised my daughter pancakes for breakfast if she went to bed now! I am my worst own enemy! I have always wanted to start my own clothing line so today I made a decision to do that! Since I will be losing weight I feel I will have the confidence to do it now. Saturday, December 6, 2008.
