We used vanilla sponge topped with chocolate buttercream (we used part butter and part melted milk chocolate with the icing sugar to ensure the mixture wasn't too dark! I really need to pay more attention to the instructions when reading a recipie - the hint of chilli vodka I have been making for Christmas has actually turned out to be a real winter warmer shot after leaving the chillis in for 5 days rather than hours! We continued toward Seattle where we would spend the night then fly to Pennsylvania in the morning. About 10 miles out of town we had our first mechanical issue with the truck. I was driving when the truck pulled hard to the right, really hard! I love flying in these tiny planes! Look at the views! These gardens were beautiful with enough flowers for a few weddings!
