Saturday, January 14, 2012. Last year the kids woke up at 4:00am to get us out of bed to open presents, so I was expecting it again this year. However, this year I was the one that had to get everyone out of bed at 7:30, we had to get started because our church started at 9:00. Waiting for Daddy to wake up, at the top of the stairs. We has a ward Christmas party where the kids heard the story about the Christmas Oranges. I put some in their stockings and they were seriously SO excited to get them!

Wednesday, October 20, 2010. 3 Green Bell Peppers. 1 Cup Fresh Jalapeño Peppers (I take the seeds out of all but a few). 1 ½ cup distilled white vinegar. 6 ½ cup sugar. 1 bag liquid pectin (there is two in a box). Chop peppers in food processor. In a pot combine chopper peppers vinegar, sugar. Boil 5 minutes longer. Skim foam off the top. Process for 5 minutes. Serve with cream cheese and club crackers! This very day 29 years ago.yes I said 29.my hubby was born! I have to say I am sure glad he was and that he made it through his growing up years (he was quite the character) and is now my husband.
