Yes this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your birthday, sunshine, fresh air and friends. so made sure Sue had the perfect day. First, after our morning walk, Sue and I had a trip into Pocklington for fresh provisions - and as it was market day a bit of a mooch! All in all a great day. UP, UP, AND AWAY!

As promised we went to the Ballet in St. Petersburg this evening and had a wonderful time! The shuttle buses picked us all up on time (7.pm) and off we went in all our finery! The cast were quite young and they were pretty and inventive and gave a good performance all round. More of this later this month on the main website. As we are 3 hours ahead of UK time. First day at Sea.
