Tuesday, August 19, 2014. Last winter when it was freezing cold we bought a boat. Yep makes total sense right? Well we finally got to take the boat out on the river and it was so much fun! Hubby has been wanting to take us down the Willamette River to the docks where the big naval ships and "shipping ships" are so we decided to make a day of it. He wasn't to sure about it at first! Wednesday, July 30, 2014. What They Wore- 4th of July Edition. This year we decided to make 4th of July shirts thanks to Pinterest! They were super easy to make which is always nice. Headband: Target dollar spot. Lyla also made a firework shirt with her friends and their mom so she had a wardrobe change and wore it with her pj pants for fireworks time. Labels: 4th of July. Tuesday, February 28, 2012. Personally I find raglan t shirts darling! I don't know what it is about them, but I just think they are so cute! I love them on boys and girls alike! I need to make Nathan some now! This is a refashion of two of my old shirts, a tank top from Holister (the center panels) and a maternity shirt from Old Navy (the arms). Making a raglan turned out to be super easy! Just like making a normal shirt, but the "shoulder" seams were just located lower and there were two for each side!
