Friday, May 24, 2013. Seven months ago Eric booked us a spot at the Manresa State Beach campgrounds in the Santa Cruz area. We kicked off summer with a long weekend even though our kids have 4 weeks left of school :( It's a great place that has a path that leads right to the ocean! The guys left early in the day to set up camp and Dee and I drove up after school. We had a spaghetti dinner (which is not camping food) and then headed to the beach to check it out. We got to watch the sunset every night!

Friday, April 27, 2012. I had a road trip planned with my bestie for my birthday but we couldn't hit the road until we first saw Jack receive his award at Friday's assembly. He's been working really hard lately and his teacher has noticed. He got all A's and B's on his progress report this trimester! We're so proud of him! His buddy Darius got an award for the same thing so Tracey and I sat together with big grins on our faces :). Then we hit the road! My birthday wish came true! That drop is legit!

Friday, January 27, 2012. Angie's new job was cause for celebration, so we all went for pedicures! It was a first for Abby and Ellie! They both loved it so much they asked to go back tomorrow :).
