Sandhill Crane viewing occurs at two of Michigan Audubon’s bird sanctuaries, Bernard W. Baker Bird Sanctuary in Bellevue and Phyllis Haehlne Memorial Sanctuary in Jackson. The following dates are for 2016. Bernard W. Baker Bird Sanctuary. The Kiwanis Youth and Conservation Area, overlooking Baker Sanctuary, will be open for crane-viewing on the following days in 2016:.
