Sunday, December 4, 2011. First Snowfall of the Season. Matea had her first experience with snow this weekend. Her Aunt Katy had just sent her a snowsuit so it was perfect timing. She didn't know what to think of not having any hands. Where'd my hands go? We went out first thing in the morning, hence no makeup and bedhead. Matea looks cute though. Making her first snowangel. Look what I made! A winter wonderland-that only lasted till noon. The boys played for quite a while. Next up was day 1 of golfing.

Saturday, October 29, 2011. For the Month of October Jacob has beeen on rotation in SIlver City. He would stay there mon-thursday night and then leave here Sunday afternoon to get back. It was hard not having him around and my hats off to all military/ med student wives and single mothers. One week I got to go down with Jacob and stay at the little apartment the school has for them. Silver City is onthe smaller side so there wasn't a ton to do but we did hike up to some cliff dwellings. Can you see them.

Thursday, May 17, 2012. Matea is a little over 18 months now and it blows my mind what a big girl she is. Here are her stats as best I can remember. Weight-17.4 lbs putting her at around the 1% mark. Height- somewhere between 30 and 31 making her in the 25%. I can't remember her head measurement but it's in the 90%. Matea had a blast with her cousins and we can't wait to do it again. Apparently blogger changed there format since last time I blogged so sorry about the sideways pictures. Welcome to our blog.

Thursday, May 15, 2014. We got to spend the day seeing and riding elephants and learned a lot. We walked the jungle and went on a boat ride to see gators which we saw quite a few of. Sunday, July 10, 2011. My sister came down for the weekend to spend her birthday with us this summer! We love it when she comes, my kids get spoiled rotten! We meet up with Spencer and Lisa, my Aunt Melodie, and Devin and Elizabeth. We all went to Red Robin for dinner, then with to Flip-n-Out! Thursday, August 1, 2013. First Day of School: Kindergarten. Mrs Arellano - Kindergarten. August 1, 2013. First Day of School. Today was such an exciting day for Talmage! I can't believe he's in Elementary school! It was an easy transition for him since he did 2 years of preschool, for days a week. He's practically a pro! That also made it lots easier on mommy and daddy to say goodbye. Isn't he so handsome? He's actually one of the younger ones in Kindergarten since he doesn't turn 5 until August 30th.
