A Revolution: Back on the Wagon!!
http://rossakasrevolution.blogspot.com/2011/08/back-on-wagon.html
Monday, August 22, 2011. Back on the Wagon! So, after being off the wagon for a very, very long time, I'm back on the health train. Which is for the best, considering the diagnosis I received at the doctor today. Hypertension. That's right, I'm on blood pressure meds at 25. I'm also going to have to do some exercising. Which I started on tonight! All of this, paired with the new Activity Director job.I think things are going to be alright. Despite the shitty diagnosis! August 22, 2011 at 9:19 PM. The rea...

Elizabeth's Cardio: October 2010
http://elizabethloves.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Taking care of my heart through exercise, food, and fun. Monday, October 25, 2010. This year for Halloween, I wanted to get pumpkins to carve. Then I saw a post about a blogger carving contest. And wanted to do it even more. Tonight I carved the pumpkin. I used a pattern, but it's still a lot of work. I haven't carved a pumpkin in years and had forgotten the effort required. I think it turned out great and can't wait to light them for trick-or-treating. What do you think? Ghost in a Graveyard. While I do...

In an effort to get caught up, here’s the link to a few of our Fall Break photos. We had a wonderful time at Disney World and also during our visit with Erin, Matt and Hunter in Alabama. I’ll find time to narrate all these pictures later, but I know I’ve been a horrible blogger lately! On October 19, 2013. Labor Day and Scouts. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. We’ve been absent from the blogging world for a month or more now, but it’s because we’ve just been so darn busy! School starts back up next week, but we’ve had a wonderful summer. In the interest of getting caught up, I’m going to share a couple of pictures from everything we’ve done together since June…get ready for a whirlwind tour of our summer vacation! The fourth of July was rainy and nasty, so we watched Jeffersonville’s annual parade from the back of the van. Sophie is super excited that our scho...

First Day of School! | The Singletons
https://jacqueandtony.wordpress.com/2013/07/31/first-day-of-school
First Day of School! July 31, 2013. We’re off to a great start! 4th grade, 3rd grade, and preschool – and 3rd grade for me this year, as well! I’ll try to be a better blogger now that our schedule is a little more “normal”. We are looking forward to lots of wonderful things this year – Tony starting law school, my graduation (fingers crossed), a trip to Disney…all in all a busy year. Hope your “back to school” is great, too! Weekend Comings and Goings. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.

2013 Recap | The Singletons
https://jacqueandtony.wordpress.com/2014/01/06/2013-recap
January 6, 2014. I haven’t been the best blogger as 2013 came to a close. I’m determined to do better in 2014. But here’s a quick recap of everything that has kept me off the blog for the past three months. 2013 was a great year! First of all, Tony and I climbed a mountain. For real. Nothing makes you feel like you can accomplish great things like climbing a mountain. I actually did manage a blog post about that in July. Here are the other reasons 2013 was amazing:. Aidan had his piano recital. For the f...

KinderDerby 2015 | The Singletons
https://jacqueandtony.wordpress.com/2015/04/30/kinderderby-2015
April 30, 2015. Since I haven’t posted on the blog since 2013, let’s just agree to pick up where we left off without playing catch up, okay? After breakfast, the kindergarteners entertained us. I have some video, but it’s not compatible with this blog and I’m not tech savvy enough to convert them. You’ll have to check the videos out on Facebook. When the Kindergarten show finished, the parade and the marching band came through the gym. The Derby started with the 5th/6th graders singing the National Anthem.
